Our Legacy of Excellence
The Agrawal Infrabuild story begins with our founder, Late Shri Satyapal Agrawal Ji (Lalaji), born on September 2, 1933. A man of unwavering principles, Lalaji embodied the belief that "Honesty is the best policy." Coming from a deeply religious family in Haryana, he completed his matriculation and remarkably declined a Tahsildar position offered by the British government.
After marrying Late Smt. Panadevi Agrawal (Maaji) in 1953, Lalaji relocated to Surajpur, Chhattisgarh, where he established 'Rajaram Satyapal Agrawal' in 1954—a kirana business that quickly became renowned for its quality and fair practices. His innovative direct-sourcing approach transformed it into the largest store in East Madhya Pradesh.
The turning point came in 1977 when, with Maaji's blessings, Lalaji's three sons ventured into construction and transport, founding 'M/s Agrawal Construction Company'—the precursor to today's AIPL. This marked the beginning of our journey from a regional business to a national infrastructure leader.
