Technical Excellence
Our flexible pavements are designed with multiple layers including subgrade, sub-base, base course, and wearing course, each meticulously constructed to distribute loads effectively. We employ both dense-graded and open-graded mixes depending on project requirements, with thickness ranging from 50mm to 100mm for surface courses.
We utilize Marshall Mix Design methodology to achieve optimal bitumen content (typically 4-6%) and aggregate gradation. Our quality control processes ensure air voids between 3-5% and stability values exceeding 8kN for all mixes, guaranteeing performance that exceeds MORTH specifications.
